Hot Spots

Hot spots are also available in Play Packs.

How exciting spotty glue! Great for using up all those old sheets of heat transfer foil. The Play Pack contains 2 x A4 sheets of each size spot with 2 small sheets of foil to start you off and instructions. Great for T shirts and washable. The Play Pack now includes a free Gecko template.

Hot Spots! Are machine washable and suitable for craft projects as well as fashion and accessories.

They are great for using up all your old sheets of heat transfer foil and glitters.

• Cut out your desired shape and iron with the iron as hot as your fabric will stand it. (care needs to be taken when handling Hot Spots! You don’t want any spots to drop off and spoil your design)
• Apply heat over your Hot Spots for about a minute keeping the iron moving with medium pressure.
• Always use baking parchment under and on top of the piece of work you are ironing.
• Wait for the backing paper to cool right down and peel off.
• Turn the iron down to ‘wool’ or medium. Foils don’t need too high a heat or they will pucker and the colour won’t come off.
• Lay your foil over the Hot Spots! and iron for a few seconds, making sure to use baking parchment between the iron and the foil.
• Wait for the foil to cool right down and remove to reveal the colour.
• For extra sparkle try shaking a small amount of glitter over your exposed Hot Spots! Iron off, shake off what hasn’t stuck and then add your foil.
