Ways to Order

Online or offline

If you would like to place an order via post, you can do so by downloading the offline order form, completing it and sending it to the address found on the contact us page.

Making payment

We recognise the importance of your security and peace of mind when it comes to buying online and we have therefore teamed up with one of the Internets largest credit card merchants, Streamline Merchant Services which is owned by one of the UK’s big Banks RBS The Royal Bank of Scotland who will be processing and actually debiting your card.

When you reach our check out you will be asked to enter your card details on a very secure card processing company called Sage Pay who are one of the preferred providers approved and recommended by Nat West Bank.

The security of your credit card details is paramount and we therefore want you to be assured that all transactions are fully encrypted to the highest industry standards of 128bit encryption.

About Sagepay

Sage Pay is the union of Protx, the fastest growing payment service provider (PSP) and Sage, one of the UK’s most trusted business brands. We offer our 25,000+ customers a secure payment service for the millions of transactions that we undertake on their behalf each year.

The philosophy that has driven us since our launch in 2001 is still at the heart of our business – to give our customers more than they pay for, and to make it really easy for them to do business. We make the process of accepting payments simpler, faster and safer for our customers, and consistently give them more for their money – more products and services and greater safety and security.

Security

When you shop with a merchant who uses Sagepay you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can access your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase.

Paypoint meets and exceeds industry security standards. We are vetted yearly by the credit card schemes and meet PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
